Sometimes it amazes us in this industry and particularly in these tough economic times that some supply companies do not understand the meaning of service. Today we had a call from a company who buys 20 cases of Deb-soap cartridges a week from a major distributor of Deb products. Would you believe when they asked if they would send them some spare keys for the dispensers they refused and said they had to sort it out themselves! Unbelievable and you can imagine what the customer said and did. Anyway, in his anger he came across our sister site www.deb-soap.co.uk and they supplied him with some keys to tide him over and they have arranged for Deb to send him some extra keys as well.
It’s worth knowing that they are pretty helpful at www.deb-soap.co.uk and if you are having any problems with dispensers or difficulty sourcing any deb skin care products then its worth a visit. They will also help supply you with MSDS sheets, although to be fair its probably best if these are downloaded direct from Deb the manufacturers site so you know they are 100% up to date. Sorry about the rant, but Deb is a superb product and as with anything that is top quality, its a shame to see it let down by a minority of suppliers. Janitor Joe.
